Join us for a relaxed, 1-hour,
in-person, Monthly Motivation session to keep you FOCUSED on your goal.
Your goal can be fitness, business or personal. The connecting components are HEALTH AND FOCUS.

(Typically on the 1st Saturday of each Month at 9:30AM)

You will also receive the same digital information that has helped us educate our clients and set the groundwork to reach and maintain our 94% fat-loss success rate.

Fuel for the Body 

External: 

Monthly 1-hour
Small Group Training sessions to strengthen and tone your body. These are held in our safe, private, 3000 sf environment.

(Typically on the 2nd Friday of each Month at 3PM)

Internal:

You will also receive a Month’s supply (40) healthy carb-calculated snacks for your in-between meals to help speed up your metabolism.

Fuel for the Spirit

Participation in our Monthly Therapeutic Sound Meditation Journey.

If you are feeling stressed, depressed, overwhelmed, short-tempered, or just need a reset, our Therapeutic Sound Meditation Journey is for you. 

Therapeutic Sound Meditation is an acoustic sound healing journey to RELAX the body, CALM the mind, CLEAR the subconscious and activate the body’s natural healing systems.

(Typically on the 3rd Saturday of each Month at 9:30AM)

Rest/Relax
Be Spontaneous

This is a week with no set time or structure.

You can choose to rest and reflect on your own, or join us, spontaneously, on an outdoor activity.
(weather permitting)

Examples:
- A stroll in the sculpture gardens 
-Rollerblading in city park  
-A bike ride
-A lazy kayak adventure
-A brisk walk along the bayou (nice dogs welcome
